Refund Policy


Returns (Standard policy)
This policy covers purchases from our gifts and collectibles, equipment and apparel departments.  We will replace any defective merchandise bought from one of our aforementioned departments as an EXCHANGE for the same item, provided that the item is available and in stock . If circumstances arise that the item you ordered is out of stock at the time of exchange we will then, and ONLY then, refund your total purchase price.  Buyers remorse and misinterpretation of item description details are not covered under this policy.

Returns (Non-Standard policy)
This policy covers all items purchased from our dvd, blu-ray, laser disc, vhs, beta and Services departments.  Any service ordered from us to be conducted by our Cinema in house is not refundable.  Unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds for ANY movie or music disc and tape based media due to the ease of copying and other fraudulent activity. We will, however, replace any defective media as an EXCHANGE for the same title. If title you ordered is out of stock at the time of exchange we will then, and ONLY then, refund your total purchase price, minus any shipping charges.

To be eligible for a replacement, your original item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Seaview Square Cinema offers free return shipping on all domestic orders only.

To start your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacements (if applicable)
Once your defective disc is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at management@seaviewsquarecinema.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
To start an exchange process, send us an email, with a detailed description of the issue you are having, to: yourboxoffice@seaviewsquarecinema.com and send your item to: PO Box 901 Powhatan Virginia US 23139.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When shipping back your item Seaview Square Cinema highly recommends for you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
